Sign in to Facemeo and use Restore purchases in Account & purchases. Use the Apple or Google store account that made the purchase. Do not share your password or verification codes.

Camera or microphone not working?

Allow access in your device's Settings, then reopen Facemeo. Your camera footage and creations stay on your device unless you export or share them.
